AI disclaimer
Useful technology has limits. Knowing them is part of building a responsible solution.
AI is not infallible
AI-generated answers, summaries, classifications and drafts may be incorrect, incomplete or outdated. Appropriate testing, source checks, approval steps and escalation are essential.
No guaranteed business results
Illustrative workflows and calculator outputs are hypothetical, not measured client results. They do not guarantee saved hours, reduced costs, new customers, revenue or payback. Actual outcomes depend on process design, staff adoption, data quality and ongoing costs.
Healthcare and professional boundaries
AI does not replace a pharmacist, doctor, dentist or other healthcare professional and must not independently provide clinical diagnosis or professional medical advice. It also does not replace qualified legal, accounting or financial judgement. Clinical and other high-impact enquiries must be routed to appropriate people.
People remain in control
Humans should oversee important decisions and exceptional situations. Recruitment assistance must be reviewed for accuracy, fairness and job relevance; automated summaries should not be treated as final hiring decisions.
Data and external providers
Assess POPIA, privacy, permissions, processing agreements, provider policies and cross-border transfers for each implementation. Do not send sensitive information to unassessed AI tools. We do not claim blanket or 100% POPIA compliance.
Platform and usage limitations
WhatsApp, voice, AI models and connected tools have provider-specific rules, availability and costs. Their policies and functionality may change. A written proposal should set out the dependencies and safeguards for your system.
