Form details are held in the current page’s memory. They are not saved to a MAKELAB lead database or sent automatically. After validation, you can choose to open WhatsApp with a prepared message; it is sent only when you confirm in WhatsApp. WhatsApp/Meta processes information under its own policies. Your message may then be used by MAKELAB to respond to your enquiry and discuss your requested services.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting platform may process standard technical information such as IP address, device information and request logs to deliver and protect the website. No advertising tracker or non-essential analytics has been deliberately added to this website.
Responsible data use and POPIA
AI implementations may involve personal or business information. Before deployment, the parties should agree purpose, lawful processing grounds, access controls, retention, security, human oversight and appropriate data-processing agreements. Website form contents disappear when the page is reloaded, but messages you send via WhatsApp are separate.
